Mainstream Yoga Class

For those seeking to join a mainstream yoga class, our weekly sessions offer a unique blend of traditional Hatha Yoga combined with therapeutic techniques and cater for all levels.

Groups are kept relatively small, with a maximum of ten people. This setting helps us to consider alignment, structure, and individual body types, as well as attend to any known injuries, thereby allowing everyone to feel at ease while focusing on being present on the mat.

Aside from modifications and variations given in general yoga classes, we attend to any known injuries and ailments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all.

Emphasising alignment, mindfulness and empowerment, our holistic approach combines strength, flexibility, balance, pranayama, meditation and the importance of listening to your body.
