What to Expect: Process
Step 1 : Intake:
This is designed to elicit accurate and insightful information that is relevant to specific practices you might need. We obtain details in the context of your health history and current health status, lifestyle, personality, and preferences.

- Specific Health Issues: You have particular health concerns which require special attention.
- Education: You want to be educated on your presenting issues.
- Tailored Home Practice: You wish to have a home practice tailored to your presenting health challanges and developed specifically for you.

Considerations
- Initial Intake and Physical assessment: these take approx. 1.5 hrs per person, but may take up to 2 hrs maximum, thus please plan accordingly when booking your first sessions. Your requirements on the day will be taken into consideration.
- Upon scheduling the intake session, participants will be sent an email containing our enrolment form. This form must be completed, signed, and returned by email before the intake session, to proceed. This enables us to tailor the intake more closely to your needs, prioritising the most important areas of concern for you.
- By participating, clients agree to Baobab Yoga Therapy’s Terms & Conditions, release and waiver of liability, and privacy and security policy – all noted in the above mentioned enrolment form.
- We donate €1.00 per person per class for different charities, as part of our Karma Yoga Practice.
