Individual Mainstream Yoga Class
Our individual mainstream yoga classes are based on the same premise as our group mainstream classes but delivered on a one-on-one basis.

Whether held at our studio or online from the comfort of your home, these sessions are designed to cater more acutely to your needs, using therapeutic cues without delving into the individual intake and assessment we undertake for yoga therapy sessions. Though tailored more closely, this approach does not rely on the detailed information collected through such assessments.
Nonetheless, we meticulously craft each session with your needs in mind, leveraging our therapeutic knowledge. Our focus is on nurturing your body, mind, and spirit, providing a moment of respite from the challenges of modern life.
We address specific modifications, variations, and any known injuries or concerns from a somewhat generic stance tailored to you, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience throughout.
Why take our individual mainstream yoga class
Our individual mainstream yoga classes are ideal for:

- Flexible Scheduling: You are unable to attend the group mainstream yoga class at the scheduled time. Individual mainstream yoga classes can be arranged to fit your availability and pace of learning.
- In-depth Practice: You wish to explore yoga beyond physical asanas, integrating mindfulness and holistic well-being practices.
- Affordability: You’re interested in yoga therapy but cannot afford a private or group yoga therapy class (please speak to us, we might be able to find a solution) and/or such groups may not be suitable for you.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our individual sessions welcome you to explore and deepen your practice in a supportive environment tailored just for you.

Considerations
- Classes are 1 hr each.
- Upon scheduling their session, participants will be sent an email containing our enrolment form. This form must be completed, signed, and returned by email before the yoga class, to proceed. This is to enable us to tailor sessions more closely to your needs.
- By participating, clients agree to Baobab Yoga Therapy’s Terms & Conditions, release and waiver of liability, and privacy and security policy, all of which are noted in the above-mentioned enrolment form.
- A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies. If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the equivalent value of the class in line with Baobab Yoga Therapy’s policies.
- We donate €1.00 per person per class for different charities as part of our Karma Yoga Practice.
- Our ‘refer a friend’ offer applies.
